We build the running order with you: prep house, ceremony, photos, reception, late returns. Pickup times are fixed, not estimated. Whether you coordinate it yourself or work with a wedding planner, everyone works from the same written running order.

The Hiace takes 11 passengers with bags, so the wedding party travels together instead of splitting across three cars.
Child seats available
Rear-facing, forward-facing and booster seats on request - useful when flower kids and page boys are under 7.

Quoted before you book and fixed for the plan we agree - no meter and no surge on the day. Waiting between venues and extra stops are priced in before we confirm, not added afterwards by surprise.

Based in Henderson, we sit close to the Kumeu and Riverhead winery wedding corridor. Couples from across Auckland bring guests out to venues like Markovina Estate, Allely Estate, Settlers Country Manor and The Hunting Lodge - and the run home at the end of the night is the part guests remember. No one should be hunting for a taxi on a rural road at 11pm.

Two to four weeks is comfortable for a Saturday, and December to February fills fastest. We will hold the date once the running order is agreed.
Do you wait between venues?
We can. Waiting is not included in the fixed fare - tell us the running order and we price the waiting in before we confirm, so the number you approve covers the day.
Can you take the flowers, cake and chairs as well as people?
The 11-seater carries the party with room left over for cake tables, floral arrangements and folding chairs - we will confirm what fits when you book.
What if the ceremony runs late?
Message the driver or us on the day and we re-time the rest of the plan where we can. If the overrun needs paid waiting, we call you with the figure before it applies.
Can I see the paperwork before I book?
Ask us in writing before booking and we will send what you need for your records.
Can you run guest shuttles between hotels and the venue?
Yes - shuttle loops are one of our most common wedding bookings. We run 12-seater vans (11 passengers plus driver), or two vans for larger guest lists, back and forth between hotels, homes and the venue door. Tell us the guest list and the timeline and we will price the loop as a fixed quote before the day.
