We build the running order with you: prep house, ceremony, photos, reception, late returns. Pickup times are fixed, not estimated.
11 seats in one van
The Hiace takes 11 passengers with bags, so the wedding party travels together instead of splitting across three cars.
Child seats available
Rear-facing, forward-facing and booster seats on request - useful when flower kids and page boys are under 7.
One agreed price
Quoted before you book and fixed for the plan we agree - no meter and no surge on the day. Waiting between venues and extra stops are priced in before we confirm, not added afterwards by surprise.

How far in advance should we book wedding transport?
Two to four weeks is comfortable for a Saturday, and December to February fills fastest. We will hold the date once the running order is agreed.
Do you wait between venues?
We can. Waiting is not included in the fixed fare - tell us the running order and we price the waiting in before we confirm, so the number you approve covers the day.
Can you take the flowers, cake and chairs as well as people?
The 11-seater carries the party with room left over for cake tables, floral arrangements and folding chairs - we will confirm what fits when you book.
What if the ceremony runs late?
Message the driver or us on the day and we re-time the rest of the plan where we can. If the overrun needs paid waiting, we call you with the figure before it applies.
Can I see the paperwork before I book?
Ask us in writing before booking and we will send what you need for your records.
