Send us your policy and we will work to it and supply the written confirmation your trustees need before booking. Name lists, roll counts and a driver sign-off at both ends are standard on our school runs.

Yes. We work from the roll you send, the teacher confirms the count at pickup and at return, and the driver signs off both.
What about a ball, with students leaving at different times?
We hold a set return window at the venue, and run additional trips on request. Students are only released to a listed adult or by the agreed code word.
Do you carry musical instruments, costumes or set flats?
Yes, within what is safe to carry. The 11-seater folds seats for bulky items; we will confirm the load before the day so nothing gets left behind.
How does payment work for a school?
Invoice against a purchase order, per trip or per term. Send the PO number when booking and we will attach it to the job.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancel or move a booking free of charge with at least 24 hours notice before the requested pick-up date and time. Inside that window, phone us first - we will tell you what applies before you commit to anything.
