Can you pick up from more than one address?
Yes. Add the addresses when you book and we fold the stops into one fixed price rather than charging per detour.
Do you have seats for small children and a fold-up wheelchair?
Rear-facing, forward-facing and booster seats are available, and the Hiace takes a folded wheelchair or walker with seats still in use. Tell us what needs to ride along.
How long will the driver wait at the hall?
Waiting between legs is included in the quoted price. If the programme runs over, we call before anything is charged.
Can we book for a Friday night and a Sunday return?
Yes, that is a held booking: the van and driver are reserved for both legs at one agreed price.
Do you charge extra for evening or late pickups?
A $15 surcharge applies only to pickups between midnight and 5am. Everything else is the quoted fixed price.
